Warranty - Repair & Maintenance Application
The warranty of the equipment is provided under the warranty certificates that are attached to each contract.
CESS Group Solutions will replace components that break due to production or installation flaws, free of charge while the warranty is still valid.
These services will not be free of charge if components fail because of misuse or because of unauthorised activities.
CESS Group Solutions also provides post-warranty maintenance services, under a servicing contract that will be signed with the client. In any circumstance, the servicing team will take action within no more than 24 hours from the time when the flaw is brought to our attention. If there is a minor malfunction, then our specialists will fix it straight away, yet in other case components will have to be replaced .
